Hi! I'm the shorty behind the lens!
My name is Laura Mohr, hence my business' name Little Mohr Photography. The name is a play on words from my height and that as a person and photographer I try to go above and beyond in any way I can.
I am a destination wedding, family and birth photographer based in Vancouver, BC. I often travel to Vancouver Island, the Sunshine Coast and Kelowna.
I want to give you a personal, full service experience and get your pictures off of the computer and onto your wall or in an a beautiful album. Together, with your family as the subject, we will create decorative art for your home.
I'm a photographer. I'm a Lover. I'm an Adventurer. I'm an Enthusiast. I'm a traveler. I'm an Athlete. I'm a city girl yet also a country girl. I'm intuitive, empathetic and energetic. I'm a learner. I'm sarcastic and witty.
I'm the type of photographer that will lay on the ground, climb into a tree, go on crazy adventure at 5am, play with your children, get thigh deep in water or mud, make silly joke and spend hours getting to know you; anything to get the shot. I thrive on real connections, honest laughter and true love. There's a high probability that we part after our sessions as friends.
I love what I do. I love memories. I love weddings. I love kids. I love babies. I love being out doors. I love intimacy. I love people. I will put my heart and soul into your sessions.
If you feel like you will get along with me well or have any questions contact me. I cannot wait to meet you! Until then,
Laura Mohr has lived and spends most of her time in Vancouver, British Columbia Area. She spends a ton of time in Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Delta, Port Coquitlam and the Tri-cities. Though Laura and Little Mohr Photography are based in The Metro Vancouver area she love traveling to Kelowna and Penticton and the Okanagan area, she loves photographing in the vineyards and along the lake. She spends an extensive amount of time on the Sunshine Coast of Canada including Sechelt, Gibsons, Powell River and Savary Island. One of LMP favorite places to spend is Vancouver Island including Victoria, Sydney, Qualicum, Duncan, Lady Smith, Courtney, Comox, Tofino, Parksville and Campbell River. A few places she wishes to explore are Salt Spring Island, Gabriela Island, Bowen Island, Hornby Island and Haidi Gwaii.
I would love to travel to other parts of Canada. Anywhere in British Columbia is always amazing, the Peace Region, Chetwynd, Hudson Hope, Tumbler Ridge, Fort St. John or Dawson Creek are places I love to visit since this is the area I grew up as a child. Alberta, though similar to British Columbia is still different and fun to explore, Banff, Calgary, Edmonton, Lacombe and surrounding areas are just a few I'd love to adventure in more. I have yet to see the North West Territories, The Yukon Territory, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, New Foundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Quebec. I would love to travel to any of these location and see places I haven't even explored yet.
